SARAH - If Heavenly Father's glory is increased by our righteousness and progression, and Heavenly Father has more than one wife, isn't his glory greater than any of his wives?

JOEL - There is no "official" doctrine that God the Father has more than one wife. Some early church members may have assumed He did because of the doctrine of polygamy that they were told to practice at that time.
His wife's glory increases the same as His. Even if He did have more than one wife, each one would share in whatever glory He has. But this is speculation since we don't really have a clear idea what it means to have glory or how to measure an increase in it.
