BINJO - What is the meaning of Isaiah 2:22?

JOEL - Here is the scripture:
"Cease ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of?"

In this whole chapter God is telling us about how most of the people of the earth are hoarding all kinds of wealth and worshipping idols and relying on their own efforts and power instead of relying on God. In this scripture He is telling us to not trust or be this kind of people who rely on the arm of the flesh rather than on God.
He is saying cease depending on mortal man; he is of little power compared to God.
